SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6 Relating to a reduction in the                                        
Federal Medical Assistance Percentage for Alaskans, and urging the                                  
United States Congress to take action to prevent the reduction, was                                 
read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Green, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous                                    
consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third                              
reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so                                   
ordered.

The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6
